  5. ASCII format. Generates a number of HTML files
  6. from one source file, creates content and index.
  7. Marking a phrase with a special char places the
  8. phrase into the index and all other occurrences
  9. will get a link automatically to the marked
  10. position. You can enter button ID's (only IPF)
  11. directly. Generates frames for two heading
  12. levels. Line drawing function. Short commands
  13. for headings, tables, footnotes, unordered
  14. and ordered lists, bitmap in text. Reverse
  15. converting IPF to HyperMake. English and German.
